£60.00

Andy Lohner - Dylan ("It took me a long time to get young") :  Giclee print on 270gsm archival stock. Edition of 50. Marked with the official Andy Lohner stamp and ‘KIN embossing. Supplied with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. 59.4 X 84.1cm.

Continuing the theme from Andy's first print with us "Jimi" this portrait of Bob Dylan is made up from scrawled snatches of lyrics from his greatest songs. The title of the piece refers to the speech (incorporated into the print) he gave in 1963 as he accepted the prestigious Tom Paine Award, ruminating on the sea of old people before him.

Andy Lohner

Followers of 'KIN and our previous incarnation Scrawl Collective will be no stranger to the fevered doodlings of artist, illustrator, graphic designer and all round maker of stuff Andy Lohner. Austrian by birth, currently residing in Finland, Andy, (along with his equally talented and prolific brother Tom) first started working with us as Loslohbros. However, Andy's output has always been very distinct, sharing 'KIN's love of letterforms, calligraphy and typefaces combined with keen draughtsmanship and a really unique approach to illustration.
