Myne began pasting little characters all over the streets of london a few years back, when his skateboard was torn to shreds by a seamonster near the side of the Thames. He was pushed into a world of monotony and begun to familiarise himself with decorating the streets he grew up in. Myne felt the repetition of routine cramping down on his soul and chose drawing as a way out. He soon found himself viewing the streets as a way to interact with the outside world and a perfect platform to begin an open dialogue. Myne felt the repetition of routine cramping down on his soul and chose drawing as a way out. He soon found himself viewing the streets as a way to interact with the outside world and a perfect platform to begin an open dialogue. He soon found that there were others who already thought like him. He felt he belonged to something without even personally knowing the others, and so decided to take his work inside as well. Collaborating in shows, painting hairdressers, decorating peoples houses, garden doors, toilets and whatever would hold the ink of a marker, Myne went on to conquer his demons.
In current practice, he has widened his scope by merging hand drawings with the world of graphic design. He is currently working with editions of glicee prints, and hopes to become a seamonster himself one day.
